This annual diagnostic exam is intended for women aged 40 and above. If it\nhas been 12 months since your last exam, don’t wait any longer.\n\nJust bring your health insurance card, name of the facility where you had your last mammogram, and the\nname of your primary care provider. Both 2D and 3D scans are available.\n\nAfter your appointment, enjoy a few free gifts to celebrate your commitment to taking care of you.\n\nNew patients welcome!
